1. Özet
Ancient Ghost Vision Detector uygulaması kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz, kayıt istemez, üçüncü taraf reklam ve davranışsal analiz SDK'sı içermez, mikrofon / kamera / fotoğraf içeriklerini hiçbir sunucuya göndermez ve üçüncü taraflarla veri satmaz veya paylaşmaz. Tüm tercihler ve vizyon arşivi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Ancient Ghost Vision Detector mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama", "biz") Android cihazınızda nasıl çalıştığını ve hangi verilerle ilgilendiğini açıklar. Uygulama bir eğlence ürünü olarak yayınlanmıştır ve kişisel veri toplamayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
2. Topladığımız bilgiler
Uygulama aşağıdakileri toplamaz:

- Fotoğraf galerinizdeki mevcut görseller (yalnızca siz "Fotoğraflara Kaydet" dediğinizde galeriye yazma yapılır).
- Reklam kimlikleri, üçüncü taraf analiz veya parmak izi takipçileri.
3. Cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanan veriler
Deneyimi sunabilmek için Uygulama, küçük bir miktar bilgiyi yalnızca cihazınızda Android SharedPreferences üzerinden (React Native AsyncStorage) saklar. Bu kategorideki hiçbir veri cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

4. İzinler
Uygulamanın istediği tüm izinler isteğe bağlıdır. İzin reddedilirse Uygulama yine çalışır; ilgili görsel efekt kapalı kalır.
- Kamera. Yalnızca oturum ekranında küçük bir canlı vizör şeridi göstermek için kullanılır. Kareler kaydedilmez, iletilmez, işlenmez.
- Mikrofon. Yalnızca "dinleniyor" görsel animasyonunun çalışması için ortam tetikleyicisi olarak kullanılır. Ses tamponu diske yazılmaz, iletilmez ve analiz edilmez. İzin reddedilse de uygulama tam çalışır.
- Fotoğraflar / Medya (yazma). Yalnızca "Fotoğraflara Kaydet" düğmesine bastığınızda istenir. Mevcut fotoğraflarınız okunmaz.
5. Premium abonelik ve Google Play Faturalandırma
Uygulamada isteğe bağlı bir Premium abonelik sunulur (aylık ve yıllık planlar). Tüm satın alma ve faturalandırma işlemleri Google Play Billing üzerinden yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmez, saklamaz veya iletmeyiz. Google'ın gizlilik uygulamaları için policies.google.com/privacy sayfasına bakabilirsiniz.
Sunucumuz, abonelik durumunu doğrulamak için yalnızca Google Play'in döndürdüğü satın alma jetonunu (token) işler; bu jeton kişisel bilgi içermez. Doğrulama sonucu cihazınızda önbelleğe alınır.
6. Ağ kullanımı ve görsel içerik dağıtımı
Uygulama, yeni mistik vizyonların paketi büyütmeden eklenebilmesi için bazı görselleri bir içerik dağıtım ağından (CDN) tembel yükler. Bu HTTPS isteklerinde kişisel veri gönderilmez; yalnızca standart bir HTTP User-Agent ve istenen görsel URL'si bulunur. CDN sağlayıcıları, ağ altyapısı gereği IP adresinizi geçici olarak görebilir; bu, profil oluşturma veya kullanıcı takibi amacıyla kullanılmaz.
7. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için derecelendirilmiştir. 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamadığımız için çocuklardan da veri toplanmaz.
8. Politika değişiklikleri
Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfanın üstündeki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi sorumluluk reddi modalında da bir sonraki açılışta görünür hâle gelir.

Ancient Ghost Vision Detector does not create user accounts, does not require sign-up, contains no third-party advertising or behavioural analytics SDKs, does not transmit microphone / camera / photo content to any server, and does not sell or share data with third parties. All preferences and the vision archive are stored only on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Ancient Ghost Vision Detector mobile application ("the App", "we") works on your Android device and how it handles information. The App is published as an entertainment product and is intentionally designed to operate without collecting personal data.
2. Information we collect
The App does not collect:
- Your name, e-mail address, phone number, or contact information.
- Account, username, or password credentials.
- Audio captured by the microphone (not recorded, transmitted, or analysed).
- Images captured by the camera (not recorded, transmitted, or analysed).
- Existing photos in your gallery (we only write to the gallery when you tap "Save to Photos").
- Advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or fingerprinting trackers.
3. Data stored locally on your device
To provide the experience, the App stores a small amount of information only on your device via Android SharedPreferences (through React Native AsyncStorage). Nothing in this category leaves your device.

Uninstalling the App erases all of the above from your device.
4. Permissions
All permissions the App requests are optional. Denying any permission still lets the App run; only the related visual effect stays disabled.
- Camera. Used only to display a small live viewfinder strip on the Session screen. Frames are not saved, transmitted, or processed.
- Microphone. Used only as an ambient trigger so the in-app "listening" animation can play. The audio buffer is not written to disk, not transmitted, and not analysed. The App works equally well if microphone access is denied.
- Photos / Media (write). Requested only when you tap "Save to Photos". The App does not read your existing photos.
5. Premium subscription and Google Play Billing
The App offers an optional Premium subscription (monthly and yearly plans). All purchases and billing are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing; we do not see, store, or transmit your payment information. For Google's privacy practices see policies.google.com/privacy.
Our server only handles the purchase token returned by Google Play to verify your subscription state; that token does not contain personal information. The verification result is cached on your device.
6. Network usage and content delivery
The App lazy-loads some vision artwork from a content delivery network (CDN) so new mystical visions can be added without growing the APK. These HTTPS requests do not include personal data — only a standard HTTP User-Agent and the requested image URL. As is technically inherent to any HTTPS request, CDN providers can briefly see your IP address; that information is not used for profiling or user tracking by the App.
7. Children
The App is rated for ages 13 and up. It is not directed at children under 13, and because the App does not collect personal data from anyone, no child-data collection takes place.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be reflected in the in-app disclaimer modal on next launch.
